How can coordination help you?
Depending on the level of coordination you book, we will help as much or as little as you need.
At a basic level we set up decor, manage guest traffic, coordinate vendors, and facilitate transitions during the day, such as greeting vendors and directing them where to go, ensuring guests are in the correct place on-site, and making sure members of the bridal party comes down the aisle at the right time.
At an advanced level, we offer services such as timeline creation, decor tear down at the end of the night, vendor selection, booking, and communication, hotel block setup, and more.
